Log in to your Rakuten account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
